Position Profile

This position is a 6 month contract providing Adminstrative support to our Hamilton Service department. 

Responsibilities

  • Timecard & data entry
  • Scheduling
  • Invoicing
  • File Maintenance (Employee and project)
  • Type varies construction correspondence (letters, WSIB, insurance, etc)
  • Expense report coding and submission
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Other Administrative duties as requires, including back-up coverage for reception

Qualifications

 

  • Experience with project/job costing
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office, knowledge of MS Dynamics an advantage 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to multi task
  • Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience in a demanding administrative role
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in a construction environment an asset
