Position Profile
This position is a 6 month contract providing Adminstrative support to our Hamilton Service department.
Responsibilities
- Timecard & data entry
- Scheduling
- Invoicing
- File Maintenance (Employee and project)
- Type varies construction correspondence (letters, WSIB, insurance, etc)
- Expense report coding and submission
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Other Administrative duties as requires, including back-up coverage for reception
Qualifications
- Experience with project/job costing
- Strong PC skills in MS Office, knowledge of MS Dynamics an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to multi task
- Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in a demanding administrative role
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a construction environment an asset
